Gender and ethnic diversity in content funded by NZ On Air.

PASC member's project Kainga (2022), produced by founding members Kerry Warkia and Kiel McNaughton alongside founding executive Shuchi Kothari, showcased the talents of 11 women writers and directors of Pan-Asian descent. Its impact on ethnicity and gender representation was highlighted in the NZOA 2023 Diversity Report.
